Jean-Baptiste Dupont : Improvisations
Improvisation means freedom. It can be a starting point for a journey into the unknown and the unexpected. Improvisation binds the performer and the audience in the shared experience of a work which remains ephemeral. The abbey of St. Albans in the United Kingdom is one of Europe's major music venues. Ten years after winning first prize in the international improvisation competition, Jean-Baptiste Dupont has chosen to record his first disc of improvisation here.
