LES WITCHES

Pascale Boquet has studied the lute sine 1978, notably with Hopkinson Smith, Paul O'Dette and Konrad Junghänel. She has performed in numerous concerts with Medieval, Renaissance and Baroque ensembles, including the Ensemble Guillaume de Machaut, Les Ménestriers, La Grande Ecurie and La Chambre du Roy, La Mantovana, Sagittarius, Ris et Danceries and Le Concert Spirituel. She is currently a member of the Compagnie Maître Guillaume, Doulce Mémoire, Dulzainas, Jacques Moderne (Renaissance music) and Concerto di Bassi (17th and 18th century music).
He was awarded the professional diploma "Certificat d'Aptitude" in Early Music and is Professor of Lute and Renaissance Music at the Conservatoire National Régional (CNR) in Tours.

Odile Edouard received First Prizes in Violin from both the Lyon and Boulogne-Billancourt CNR's. She then studied with Chiara Banchini in Geneva, obtaining a Diploma in Music wih "Grande Distinction" in 1990. She continued her studies with Enrico Gatti, Sigiswald Kuijken and John Holloway and is currently teaching at the Centre for Early Music in Geneva.
As a member of Aurora, "415", Variations, Elseneur and Sine Titulo, she performs regularly in the great European Festivals and has recorded for France-Musique, Harmonia Mundi, Tactus, Adda, Sinfonia and l'Empreinte Digitale.

Freddy Eichelberger began his organ studies in 1973 with Robert Valette in Pontoise. He discovered a "new world of sound" in his studies of early music with Arlette Heudron at the 1978 Academy of Saint-Dié. He then studied with Odile Bailleux until 1985, then with Jean Boyer at the CNR in Lille, where he obtained two prizes in 1986 and 1988. At the same time as his organ studies, he was also studying Harpsichord and Chamber Music with Blandive Verlet, then with Noëlle Spieth. As well as performing in many concerts and recordings with ensembles such as Dulzainas, Doulce Mémoire and Sine Titulo, he also appears in theatrical productions with Sophie Boulin (at the Péniche Opéra) and combines all this with a career as a soloist and teacher. Since 1995 he has been harpsichordist for the Théâtre Baroque de France in Rueil-Malmaison.

Claire Michon studied both musicology and the recorder in Paris and later in the Netherlands with Marion Verbruggen, Kees Boeke, Jean Boyer and Jan Welmers. She received her Diploma as a Concert Artist in 1982 from the Conservatory in Utrecht. She performs with various early music groups such as Les Musiciens du Louvre, Les Talens Lyrisues, I Dilettanti, Affetti Musicali and Castalie. She also performs contemporary music.
Recipient of the professional diploma "Certificat d'Aptitude", she is currently Professor in the Department of Early Music at the CNR in Poitiers.
